The plant contains a horizontal attrition cell, upflow classification as well as hydroclassification at approx. 63 µm. 4 screen fractions possible. The plant is unused and versatile. Production capacity is approx. 80-120 t/h.

The plant essentially consists of:

Feed hopper, “washing witch” with dewatering screen, compact modular washing-screening plant with sand screw, dewatering screen, hydrocyclone plant, sludge pump and E-installation, water tanks, polymer plant, silo plant, compression thickener, sludge tank, NETZSCH chamber filter press, conveyor belts, pipework, pumps, etc.
